Printing performance
- Printing format: usually 2500mm×1300mm, which can meet the needs of large-format printing.
- Printing accuracy: generally can reach 720×1200DPI and above, some models can reach up to 2880×1440DPI, and can output high-precision images.
- Printing speed: varies depending on the nozzle configuration and printing mode. In high-speed mode, 30-45㎡ can be printed per hour, in production mode, about 30㎡/h, and in fine mode, it can reach about 23㎡/h.
- Ink system: UV ink is used, which has a fast curing speed and dries immediately after printing. Equipped with a large-capacity ink tank, the ink supply method is mostly negative pressure ink supply, which can realize an automatic alarm low ink level system.
Nozzle system-Nozzle type: Common nozzles include Ricoh GEN5, GEN6 nozzles and Epson T3200 nozzles, etc., with high precision, high speed, low plugging rate and other characteristics.
- Number of nozzles: 2-8 nozzles can be configured according to demand. The more nozzles, the higher the printing speed and efficiency.
Functional features – Material compatibility: It can print on a variety of materials, such as metal, glass, plastic, leather, wood, stone, ceramics, etc.
- White ink function: It has a complete white ink application function, which can directly output white ink, spot color, and cover white background, etc.
Visual positioning function: Some models are equipped with CCD visual positioning system, which can achieve high-precision automatic alignment, solve the efficiency bottleneck of manual alignment in traditional printing, and can achieve secondary overprinting of special-shaped curved surfaces or existing patterns.
Nozzle protection and maintenance function: The nozzle has an automatic flash spray function when printing or on standby, which can keep the nozzle unobstructed and reduce the risk of clogging. Some models are also equipped with nozzle protection devices to avoid nozzle collision damage.
Equipment structure and components – High-precision guide rails and screws: High-precision silent linear guides and high-speed silent imported screws are used, and the equipment runs smoothly, with low noise and precise positioning.
- Adsorption platform: Equipped with a vacuum platform that can be adsorbed in different areas, it can adsorb and fix media of different materials and sizes, making it easy to load and unload materials.
- Lifting system: With intelligent lifting function, it can automatically or manually adjust the distance between the nozzle and the media according to the thickness of the printed material.
RIP software: Supports a variety of RIP software, such as, Photo Print, etc., which can realize color management, typesetting editing and other functions.
- Data interface: Equipped with high-speed USB interface and Gigabit network port, it is convenient to connect with computers and other devices to achieve fast data transmission.

- Home decoration: Background walls, decorative paintings, cabinet wardrobe panels, etc. can be printed on materials such as tiles, glass, and wood boards.
